Systems is looking for a Delivery Manager, VMS to lead and grow our MSP/VMS delivery practice. In this role you’ll own delivery strategy for enterprise programs, act as a trusted executive partner to clients, and lead a specialized team of Account Executives and Recruiters focused on “no‑touch” MSP delivery. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who understands how MSP programs really work, and knows how to scale results without losing quality. What You’ll Do Drive Growth & Performance Lead a high-volume MSP/VMS delivery team to achieve revenue and gross margin targets Maintain top‑tier vendor status across assigned programs Grow wallet share by aligning delivery strategy with client demand Build scalable sourcing and delivery models that consistently produce results Own the Client Relationship Serve as the executive‑level contact for MSP/VMS program offices Strengthen partnerships through regular touchpoints, feedback, and market insight Represent S.i. Systems within the MSP community and at client‑facing events Lead & Develop Your Team Hire, coach, and develop Account Executives and Recruiters specializing in MSP delivery Provide hands‑on coaching on sales conversations, negotiation, and candidate delivery Set clear expectations, manage performance, and build a culture of accountability and engagement Run a Strong Business Own P&L performance and manage budgets tied to revenue and profitability Monitor KPIs, optimize processes, and identify opportunities for improvement Ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery to enterprise clients Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance; OR1–3 years of experience in payroll, AP, or accounting‑related fields. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros). Experience with timesheet processing, accounts payable, and VMS systems (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass, Flextrack) preferred. Customer service experience in a professional environment is valued. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of success in MSP/VMS staffing as an Account Manager and/or Recruiter 2+ years leading teams delivering to high‑volume MSP programs (IT staffing strongly preferred) Proven ability to drive revenue, margin, and performance through teams Strong client‑facing skills with executive‑level credibility Experience managing to targets, KPIs, and budgets Post‑secondary education is an asset Salary $110,000 - 120,000 Additional Information AI may be used in evaluating candidates About S.i.
