THE TEAM The mission of the Supply Chain Engineering Department is to architect a resilient Supply Chain network that enables business scalability for today and tomorrow. You will play a pivotal role in managing the corrective and preventative service and maintenance of our equipment. THE ROLE As the Manager, Service & Maintenance - Supply Chain Engineering, you will lead the team to: Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience. Integrate business requirements into facility designs and plans. Evaluate, select, integrate, and support the maintenance of best fit equipment within our Supply Chain network. Engage in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions within our Supply Chain network. Equip our people with simple, effective, and consistent technical processes. THE QUALIFICATIONS Th e Manager, Service & Maintenance - Supply Chain Engineering has : Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in a supply chain technical engineering environment, working with robotics, MDR conveyors, sorters, spirals, packaging equipment, automation software and sensors, AMRs/AGVs, Linux, and related data analytics preferably with GreyOrange. A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles. THE COMPENSATION The typical hiring range for this position is $ 100,000 -$ 170,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
