This role blends big picture strategy with hands-on problem solving, collaborating with engineers, suppliers, and global partners. If you love tech, thrive on complexity, and want to make a measurable impact, this is the team for you This role is hybrid, based out of Toronto, ON; Austin, TX; or Santa Clara, CA. We welcome candidates at various experience levels. During interviews, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align accordingly. Who You Are Experienced in global supply chain management, sourcing, and selecting suppliers for PCBs and EE components. Proficient in negotiating contracts and developing should-cost models. Strong supplier management experience, including managing supply and capacity based on MPS. What We Need Develop and lead global supply chain strategies for PCBs and EE components. Collaborate with design, engineering, manufacturing, demand, and logistics teams to optimize component selection and supply chain performance. Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for supply chain continuity by managing supply and capacity needs at suppliers. What You Will Learn How to work cross-functionally with technical teams to drive supply chain innovation. Exposure to emerging technologies and semiconductor manufacturing trends. Strategic thinking in a fast-moving, impactful industry. Compensation ranges from $100k - $500k, depending on experience, skills, education, background, and location. Tenstorrent offers competitive compensation and benefits, and is an equal opportunity employer.
