Key Responsibilities: Lead all operations for mainland Nova Scotia, ensuring efficient, safe, and high‑quality performance across all projects and services. Ensure timely communication of costs, changes, and financial data to accounting and administration. Oversee the scheduling and deployment of staff, equipment, and resources across multiple projects. Ensure all company vehicles, equipment, facilities, and offices are maintained. Champion safety across all regional operations and ensure compliance with the team’s Safety Program and COR standards. Conduct site visits, safety follow‑ups, and quality assurance checks. Ensure deficiencies and corrective actions are addressed promptly and thoroughly. Lead, mentor, and develop the Nova Scotia team, supporting hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management in conjunction with various counterparts from head office. Foster a positive, team‑focused culture aligned with company values. Ensure the region remains a workplace where employees feel supported, valued, and engaged. Serve as the primary regional point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and exceptional service. Build and maintain long‑term relationships to support repeat business and regional growth. Assist with estimating, tender review, pricing, and business development initiatives. Attend quarterly meetings at Corporate Headquarters in Ontario. Attend virtual meetings with the Executive Leadership team as required.
