**Job Overview**:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the entire company, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will manage cross-functional teams, including design, construction, project management, and administration, and will play a key role in developing and executing strategic plans for growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth project execution from concept to completion.
- Manage and allocate resources, including staffing, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of designers, builders, and project managers.
- Establish performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff.
- **Financial Management**:

- Develop and manage the company’s budget, ensuring financial performance aligns with business goals.
- Track and report on financial performance, including profitability, costs, and cash flow.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high standards of service and quality.
- **Client Relations and Business Development**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Manage client feedback, ensuring that concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement long-term growth strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Contribute to the development of new service offerings or business lines.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety, conducting regular safety audits and training for employees.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the interior design, construction, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management, design, and construction processes.
- Experience managing budgets, financials, and resources.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial role, with experience in both interior design and construction preferred.
