Job Description We’re looking for an Account Coordinator with a passion and a curiosity for the world of advertising. This is an entry-level role working closely with Account Supervisors on two key accounts. This position encompasses project management, proactivity, and administration duties to support our accounts. Account Coordinators help coordinate the administration of the account, execution of projects and provide general support to the team. They maintain daily/weekly status, organize team meetings, produce contact reports, and manage timelines and aspects of creative development and production projects in conjunction with their manager. Account Coordinators also learn to work with a variety of stakeholders whilst fostering their knowledge of their client’s business. The right candidate will have a passion for unignorable creative ideas, strong problem‑solving skills, some experience managing projects in a fast‑paced environment and a collaborative team spirit. Responsibilities Supporting and collaborating with the wider account team (primarily the Account Supervisor and Account Director) and agency to deliver the best work possible. Understands both agency and project process from A to Z; not only how things get done, but why. Is active vs. passive in their pursuit of this knowledge. Understands simple agency financial management. Works with Account Supervisors to proactively anticipate budget issues. Assists with day‑to‑day client requests. Accurately prepares and issues all status reports, contact reports, meeting notes and budget reports and issues them to the client and agency team. Helps monitor timelines and budgets on projects, alerting Supervisor of any potential problems. Supports the production and execution of campaign work, which includes leading the facilitation of work through studio. Maintains and is the keeper of all relevant brand information (e.g. client/agency briefs, presentation decks, timelines, project plans, estimates, reconciliations, research results, etc.). Helps set up all client and internal meetings, ensuring reference documents are available and all necessary attendees are present. Understands client and agency structure; how and why decisions are made, who makes them and what’s important to them. Support in the development of presentation materials, workback schedules, project briefings, and trafficking of materials. Keeps up to date with competitive and category activity, as well as industry developments. Focuses on delivery and understanding the importance of managing client expectations. Develop and maintain good working relationships with agency partners and all agency departments (creative, strategy, production, project management, studio, media, finance) through their delivery and focus on detail. Desired Skills and Experience 6 months-1 year of experience. Strong people skills, team player. Ability to communicate in a business‑like manner. Willingness to learn presentation skills. Passion for marketing and advertising. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel + Word) and Acrobat Pro.
