Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Recruitment Coordinator will provide scheduling and coordination support to enhance candidate and internal stakeholders experience. Responsibilities Manage interview and case study scheduling across multiple stakeholders Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers Prepare job postings on internal and external platforms Liaise with translation team Track requisitions and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Coordinate and ensure completion of all candidate background checks Ensure all recruitment activities comply with organizational policies and employment legislation Maintain accurate records for audits and reporting Research job fairs, campus recruitment and networking events Contribute to a collaborative team environment by proactively offering support and sharing best practices Assist with ad‑hoc duties and projects as requested Ideal Profile Post‑secondary education in human resources, business administration or related field Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Client‑service oriented Thrives in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities We thank you for your interest.
