In this role, you will make a significant impact by collaborating with various teams to create integrations that address the diverse needs of global customers. Your work will involve connecting external systems with their operations, enhancing the user experience and ensuring successful product launches. You will engage with partners and development teams to design solutions that cater to the hospitality industry's demands. This position offers the opportunity to drive innovative solutions and shape the future of the hospitality ecosystem from a remote setting. Accountabilities Manage and prioritize the roadmap for integrations. Act as the Product Owner for a cross-functional scrum team. Research and document integration requirements and define solutions. Oversee the development of integrations with both internal and external engineers. Design user experiences for integration solutions to ensure seamlessness. Plan and execute pilot and release plans for each integration. Collaborate closely with customers, partners, and various internal teams. Analyze and act on metrics that gauge the success of partner integrations. Requirements 5+ years of experience in delivering SaaS applications. 2+ years in a product role focused on hospitality products. Knowledge of regional tax compliance and fiscal reporting requirements. Proficiency in technical APIs and integration methodologies. Experience throughout the product development lifecycle. Ability to launch new products and grow market adoption. Experience in an Agile development environment, preferably Scrum. Strong communication skills to engage with engineers and stakeholders. Attention to detail in user stories and success evaluation. Capability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Analytical skills to use data for informed decision‑making.
