***What you will do**:
This position will work closely with the Product Management team and is responsible for assisting in the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle; including pricing structures, purchasing, inventory management, go-to-market strategy, assisting the sale (both B2B and B2C accounts), marketing and promotional campaigns. You will work closely with other departments such as the Marketing team, Purchasing team, Key Account Managers within the Sales team, interact directly with Suppliers, and may assist in product development activities, and the planning of workshops, trainings, clinics, or shows.

***Responsibilities**:

- Manage a small portfolio of brands
- Assist in cost and pricing activities as well as inventory management and product launches
- Assist in promotional planning strategies and execution
- Work closely with suppliers to develop a strong working relationship that aligns both the brand and business goals
- Liaise with the Sales, Marketing, and Purchasing teams

- Coordinate marketing & communications activities
- Assist in developing and executing product go to market strategies - including communication directly with retail partners
- Perform market research and analysis; review product and market data to ensure the team is kept up to date on new developments regarding industry trends, companies, or competitor’s products
- Assist with e-commerce efforts
- Assist in organizing trade shows or other sales events
- Other coordination and administrative functions for the Product Management team

***What we are looking for**:

- B. Comm degree or other equivalent is a definite asset
- You must be extremely organized and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Great with numbers, figures, and spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work harmoniously in a team as well as autonomously in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Takes initiative, creative, good sense of judgement and proven ability to solve problems, analyze and make sound decisions
- Results oriented

- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Retail experience an asset

***Ce que vous ferez**:
Ce poste requiert une étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de gestion des produits ainsi qu’aider à la planification et à l'exécution du produit tout au long de son cycle de vie; incluant les structures de prix, les achats, la gestion des stocks, la stratégie de mise en marché, l'assistance à la vente (B2B et B2C), les campagnes marketing et promotionnelles. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec d'autres départements tels que l'équipe marketing, l'équipe des achats, les gestionnaires de comptes clés au sein de l'équipe des ventes, interagirez directement avec les fournisseurs et participerez aux activités de développement de produits et à la planification d'ateliers, de formations, de cliniques ou de spectacles.
