Role Description This is a full‑time remote role as the Head of Sales at TestSignal. The Head of Sales will oversee all aspects of the sales process, including managing and mentoring the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, setting up the sales playbook, cold‑calling scripts, and demo flow. This position is ideal for a dynamic leader with proven expertise in sales management and strategy execution. Primary Responsibilities Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing, build and mentor a high‑performing sales team, develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth, monitor key performance metrics, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and build strong relationships with clients. This is the first sales hire in the company as we have been fully product‑focused until now. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of creating processes and selling on a quota Proficiency in Account‑Based Sales and client retention Experience in Team Management, including mentoring and motivating team members to achieve goals Exceptional analytical skills to assess performance metrics, identify trends, and develop data‑driven strategies Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience in the eCommerce or SaaS industry is a big plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred Job Attributes Seniority level: Director Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Sales and Business Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
