Youth Forge is a fast‑paced global research organization with an extensive international network dedicated to uncovering the challenges of 18 founders. We believe in challenging the social norms and systematic standards, aiming to make an innovative economy. We focus on the voices of the underrepresented youth and collect statistics through partnerships with high schools, business hubs, local chambers of commerce, or business clubs. We utilize this data by partnering with organizations to shape the future of entrepreneurship. Organizations include the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, which proposes policies, as well as university business mentorships and innovation hubs. We envision a world where innovation is not limited by age. Our organization consists of 40 active directors and interns ranging from 14‑30 years old, all working towards youth innovation. Reports to: Executive Director Location: Remote Role Description The Outreach Director cold‑emails, connects and pitches Youth Forge for spotlight and featuring opportunities through blogs, podcasts and social media posts. The director must bring extensive knowledge to gather critical data, find common ground, form a mutual relationship, and drive social recognition and credibility to the Youth Forge brand. 2 hours of daily work is expected from the Outreach intern. Key Responsibilities Find podcasts, blogs, journalists, and spotlight opportunities through extensive research Leverage AI tools to find the values of companies Meet monthly goals set by the board of Youth Forge (e.g., 5 podcasts in Dec 2025 and 2 blogs) Leverage experience from previous roles to set Youth Forge apart Create unique stories to drive brand recognition for Youth Forge Benefits & Recognition Quarterly Contributor Award: Recognizing outstanding contributions and achievements. International connections – Connect with Youth Forge’s international partners, youth leaders, and changemakers. Youth Forge VIP guest invitation. Recommendation Letters – Personalized letters from the Executive Director and the Board of Directors to support future opportunities. Career Growth Opportunities – High‑performing team members may be promoted to Executive Assistant, Vice President, or chair roles. We are committed to fairness and commitment to equal opportunity.
