The Epicurean Restaurant is looking for *Chef de Partie / Line Cooks* in Niagara on the Lake, ON We are looking for experienced Line Cooks who have a passion for food and cooking. This candidate will have responsibilities to work alongside other team members in a fast-paced environment.

*3-4 positions available*

We are looking for *skilled, passionate, enthusiastic* *Chef de Partie/Line Cooks* and to complete our team and have experience in the field.

As a *Line Cook for the Epicurean*, you will be responsible for opening and closing duties, preparing your station and working with the team to ensure service is ready online and offline. You will work with the team to execute orders in a timely fashion for this busy seasonal restaurant.
* Set up and stocking stations with necessary supplies
* Prepare food for service
* Cook menu items with cooperation with with other team members to effectively put up orders in a timely manner
* Clean up station
* Stock inventory accordingly
* Ensure that food comes up simultaneously in a timely manner
* Comply with food and safety regulations

*In order to qualify for our line cook, you must have the following requirements:*
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience
* Must have previous experience in this field.
* Must have knife skills and be hands on.
* You must have the ability to understand and work in all areas of the kitchen as well as under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be creative and think outside the box and come up with ideas within reason to feature items.

Epicurean is dedicated to providing our clientele great seasonal foods and phenomenal local wines from Niagara’s region. Our cuisine is mainly Mediterranean based on fresh food locally produced and cooked by a very talented culinary team. It has a warm ambiance and our goal is to meet all your dining needs. During the summer, there are 100 patio seats gorgeously covered by a butternut tree.
