Media Campaigns Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :

  • Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms and search engines, ensuring alignment with client objectives and performance goals.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance by managing traffic tags and conducting regular data extraction, analysis, and pacing adjustments.
  • Generate and deliver detailed post-campaign reports, analyzing metrics and providing actionable insights to clients for campaign improvement.
  • Collaborate with Digital Media teams to develop and implement measurement action plans, optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
  • Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture) to assess website behavior and identify opportunities for site improvements.
  • Conduct data analysis and create visualizations to support recommendations for campaign enhancements and overall media strategy.
  • Monitor media performance (ROI analysis) and provide strategic insights, helping clients maximize the impact of their advertising investments.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by creating case studies, POVs, and summaries of industry conferences and seminars.
  • Collaborate with technical and data partners to aggregate data and perform quality assurance (QA) tasks for campaign tracking.

Qualifications :

  • 0-2 years of experience in online media, campaign measurement, or a related industry (Marketing, Advertising, Finance, Consulting, etc.).
  • Strong quantitative skills with experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data analysis and reporting).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Nice to Have :

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
  • Familiarity with ad serving tools such as DV360, SA360, CM360, and Sizmek.
  • Knowledge of online advertising strategies, buying, and performance metrics.
  • Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture).
  • Exposure to SQL and database management.
