We are looking for an Entry Level Account Manager to join our growing team and participate as a brand ambassador for the largest e-commerce business in the world. You’ll use insights and deep product knowledge to educate and advise small business merchants on making the best choice for their purchases to run their business. You will work with small businesses of all sizes, from small family-run businesses to larger strategic partnerships by onboarding these merchants to our range of products for both in-store and e-commerce.


Using your prior sales experience and upcoming training, you will generate new accounts and build a portfolio of your own. If you are a hunter by nature, competitive and ambitious, you will fit well into our culture.

Our organization was founded in Halifax in 2009 and has successfully expanded across Canada and is currently looking to expand its merchant services program. For the last 14 years, SalesGamma has been an equal opportunity employer specializing in outsourced sales and customer acquisition for a few of the largest players in payment processing, POS software, and E-Commerce solutions.


Main duties and responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales responsibilities prospecting, building proposals, drafting contracts, developing relationships with customers, tracking pipelines, and closing sales face-to-face
  • Understand and solve customer’s pain points
  • Build deep and lasting customer relationships when required with key decision-makers
  • Attend training and associated workshops (online) to increase product knowledge and to stay abreast of company products, services, and pricing as well as familiarity with competitor products and pricing
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets


Requirements :

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the sales industry
  • Valid Drivers License and access to a vehicle full time
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Someone highly motivated and target-driven
  • Passionate about sales/customer service
  • Availability to work full-time
