Manage current team and talent, determining staffing requirements based on business needs to provide efficient solutions and world‑class customer service. Coaching, training, and mentoring your team. Ensure branches comply with company policies, procedures, and legislative safety requirements. Review inventory for your locations through cycle counts and stock variances. Ensure orders are properly processed for required materials for day‑to‑day business and special projects, and work with suppliers to resolve any issues or returns. Play an essential role in the maintenance and operations of warehousing tasks and responsibilities. Ensure equipment inspections and maintenance are maintained. Identify and manage all opportunities to create an efficient and effective operation while ensuring your team is safe and productive and your customers receive a high‑caliber, quality experience. Qualifications College diploma or bachelor’s degree (Business, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources preferred) and/or 5+ years of successful warehouse/retail management and sales experience. Valid driver’s license. Knowledge of the roofing industry is an asset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem‑solver with the ability to handle difficult situations.
