Join Our Team as a Proposals and Estimating Manager Are you a hardworking and productive professional who would thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment? Inline Group Inc. is seeking a skilled Proposals and Estimating Manager to join our team. What You’ll Be Doing: Team Leadership – Lead and oversee the proposals and estimating team, providing day-to-day support, direction, prioritization, and overall management. Proposals & Estimates – Produce and submit proposals, estimates, prequalifications, and related client documentation. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with senior/operational leadership to support bid/no-bid decisions, estimate and rate reviews, and technical input. Assist with Indigenous correspondence and reporting as required for proposals and prequalification submissions. Documentation & Reporting – Track and record proposals, monitor deadlines, and provide supplemental documentation as required. Develop and distribute proposal reports for various stakeholders and meetings. Ensure prequalification forms, insurance, and other supplemental documents are included in submissions. CRM & Tools Management – Oversee CRM and document control system management and structure. Continuous Improvement – Lead and execute initiatives that drive continuous improvement across preconstruction, marketing, and related functions, as directed by the organization. What We’re Looking For: Education & Experience – A C.E.T. diploma and/or engineering degree is preferred; however, candidates with business or administrative backgrounds and relevant proposal/estimating experience will be considered. Industry Experience – Previous experience in construction or engineering proposal and estimating roles is required, with 5+ years of progressive responsibility. Team member management is a plus. Soft Skills – Demonstrated organization, punctuality, and leadership skills, and the ability to work and manage independently. Why Inline Group Inc.?
