They are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead commercial and institutional construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day site operations, coordinating workforce, equipment, materials, and trade contractors to meet schedule and profit targets. Monitor and manage cost control during construction, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed. Implement and maintain project-specific Quality Control programs and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and company standards. Work closely with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, owners, consultants, inspectors, and trades to resolve issues and keep the project moving. Proactively identify, address, and resolve site problems before they impact safety, schedule, or budget. Champion a strong safety culture on site and ensure all work is executed in alignment with company health and safety policies. Ideal Candidate Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience as a Site Superintendent delivering commercial and institutional construction projects. Experience managing projects valued at 5 million dollars or more. Post-secondary education in construction, building technology, engineering, or a related field is preferred. NCSO designation and/or Journeyman Carpenter ticket are strong assets. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate site teams.
