CASMAN is on the lookout for a skilled Residential Site Superintendent whose passionate about homebuilding.

As a Casman Site Superintendent, you'll be responsible for overseeing safety, schedules, project scope, and budgets to ensure the overall success of our projects. You will play a key role in building and nurturing client relationships while collaborating with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to lead and work effectively within a team are essential.

**Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must have:

- 2-4 years of post-secondary education in Construction Engineering, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or a Journeyman Carpentry Certificate
- At least 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and best construction practices

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of construction from initial stakeout to project completion
- Ensure homes are built on time, within budget, and according to scope
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with building partners, team members, and homeowners
- Inspect completed work and ensure quality control standards are met
- Uphold site safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

This role requires flexibility to work remotely in Alberta, depending on project location.
