We are seeking a talented UX Writer to support the creation of new digital experiences for retirement plan advisors, sponsors, and participants. This role is key to shaping the voice, tone, and language of our upcoming product offering by collaborating closely with design, CX, product, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Write and edit clear, concise, and user-friendly copy for new digital experiences, including summary and detailed account data and transactional flows. Develop UX writing content for menus, labels, buttons/CTAs, error messages, notifications, and transactional flows. Participate in regular design, CX, and product team meetings to provide initial copy drafts and refine text based on user testing and evolving requirements. Collaborate as an integral member of the design team to embed copy early in the design process. Ensure all content is accessible and inclusive, meeting the needs of users from diverse backgrounds, ages, and abilities. Candidate Requirements Must-Have Skills: 3–5 years of UX writing experience with strong knowledge of UX design principles and methodologies Ability to write clearly, concisely, and accurately to guide users through digital experiences Experience leveraging user research, analytics, and data to inform copy decisions Familiarity with UX design tools, especially Figma Soft Skills: Strong dedication to meeting deadlines and managing priorities Ability to thrive in an Agile environment with evolving requirements Excellent organizational and project management skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated with a collaborative team mindset High attention to detail and commitment to quality Nice-to-Hav e:Knowledge of investments, financial services, or retirement plans Education Bachelor’s degree in Writing, UX Writing, Human-Centered Design, or related field Email ID * This field is required Please enter valid emailId.Cell phone * This field is required Please enter valid cell phone.
