We are seeking a talented UX Writer to support the creation of new digital experiences for retirement plan advisors, sponsors, and participants. This role is key to shaping the voice, tone, and language of our upcoming product offering by collaborating closely with design, CX, product, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Write and edit clear, concise, and user-friendly copy for new digital experiences, including summary and detailed account data and transactional flows. Develop UX writing content for menus, labels, buttons/CTAs, error messages, notifications, and transactional flows. Participate in regular design, CX, and product team meetings to provide initial copy drafts and refine text based on user testing and evolving requirements. Collaborate as an integral member of the design team to embed copy early in the design process. Ensure all content is accessible and inclusive, meeting the needs of users from diverse backgrounds, ages, and abilities. Why This Role Matters This is a high-impact, high-visibility position offering the chance to shape the language and flow of a brand-new digital product from the ground up. You’ll influence design decisions, engage in user testing, and work collaboratively across multiple departments to create a seamless experience that serves thousands of users.
