Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Litigation Paralegal at Eidelmann Law Firm. The role involves tasks such as legal document preparation, document review, legal research, drafting pleadings, and motions. While the role is primarily located in Montreal, QC, some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications
  • Legal Document Preparation, Document Review, and Legal Research skills
  • Experience in drafting pleadings and motions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in French and English (bilingualism is an asset)
  • Paralegal certification or diploma
  • Prior experience in civil and commercial litigation
