Job Summary The Director of Operational Data and Systems Integration is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the implementation, management, optimization, and seamless integration of the organization's enterprise systems, with a primary focus on the ERP, IMS, CRM, and QMS data landscape. This role ensures that all data and system integrations align with business objectives, streamline operations, and enhance overall efficiency and decision‑making capabilities. The Director will lead cross‑functional teams to manage the full systems development life cycle (SDLC) and champion data governance, security, and compliance best practices across all integrated platforms. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Leadership Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the ERP and data integration landscape within the Azure environment, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and growth initiatives. Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions and priorities. Drive digital transformation and modernization efforts across administrative and operational platforms. Required Qualifications and Skills Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. Experience 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise application management, data management, and systems integration. 5+ years in a leadership or management role, overseeing technical teams in a large, complex organization. Proven experience managing ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, IFF) and their integration. Deep technical exposure to the Microsoft Azure cloud platform and its data services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Database). Extensive project management experience (PMP certification is a plus) and familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies. Skills Exceptional business acumen and the ability to translate between technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Outstanding analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence change and build consensus at senior levels. Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and privacy regulations. Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on job‑related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Physical Requirements / Work Environments Ability to work in office, lab, and manufacturing environments with occasional exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations. Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs and perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and manual assembly. Visual acuity required for reading technical drawings and digital media.
