Summary We are currently seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team in Burnaby, Calgary, Toronto, or remote locations. Responsibilities Support the implementation, configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform and integrations with other business systems. Consult with stakeholders across departments to gather and analyze requirements and assess business needs. Turn complex business requirements into robust, intelligent, and scalable solutions. Collaborate with System Administrators and Developers to deliver solutions that delight users, scale to meet growing needs, and integrate seamlessly with existing workflows. Work cross‑functionally with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Product, Engineering, and Finance to deliver strategic initiatives. Foster improved processes by identifying areas for improvement, optimization, and scalability. Provide and cultivate a positive support experience for all GTM applications end users. Keep up to date with Salesforce and other system releases and best practices. Document system configuration and administrative processes, develop process flows, SOPs and other documentation. Perform quality assurance testing and monitor data quality and integrity. Support user acceptance testing and deployment/release plans. Manage incoming requests, tickets, and escalations. Other duties as required. Qualifications Post‑secondary education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Experience in a high‑growth B2B SaaS company. 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience. 5+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role. Proven business and technical acumen to translate business requirements into functional system designs. Excellent consultative questioning and listening skills. Natural curiosity and drive to improve, willing to share knowledge. Meticulous organization and task‑driven nature. Keen attention to detail and strong sense of ownership. Ability to consult and work with stakeholders to gather requirements and scope for additional clarity when required. Excellent written and verbal communication. Self‑motivated, independent, and deadline‑oriented. Bonus Points Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification. Compensation and Benefits The expected salary range for this role is $104,200 to $141,000 CAD, depending on experience and location.
