Responsibilities
- Focus on and participate in continuous Business Intelligence innovation; utilize analytical tools to provide data driven insights
- Create strong cross functional relationships with leaders and corporate services teams
- Gather strategic insights from financial and operational data and present findings to business leaders when ready to do so
- Prepare management reports that contain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of moderate to advanced complexity
- Maintain a solid understanding of business intelligence systems used to support analysis and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc basis
- Develop and document processes while incorporating finance best practices
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve and automate work processes
- Contribute to the culture of the team and promote a collaborative environment
- Provide ad hoc analytical support as needed
Skills and Experience
- At least two years of related experience working in a strategic financial role
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant academic field is required
- Experience working with Power BI, Power Platform and large data models
- Strong background in financial and business intelligence technologies, and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Experience with strategic planning, KPI development and analysis to facilitate the development of strategic plans
- Ability to communicate effectively and present to business leaders
- Demonstrated financial and business acumen
