Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Senior Project Controller to join our client Contract Period: 12 Months with potential to extend or convert Location: Toronto, ON Location Type: Hybrid; 4 days a week in office - Flexible days Business Hours: Monday – Friday; 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Job Responsibilities: General project administration tasks Financials management & tracking Provide support for the investigation, analysis and documentation of portfolio risks Presentation development and liaison with program/project managers for required inputs Creating presentations and Forum decks Taking meeting minutes Submitting and tracking portfolio change and exemption request and associated approvals Develop, and participate in implementation of improvement opportunities, contributing to the Experience & Qualification Requirements: 8-10 Years of Previous Project Coordinator/Controller and Financial Institution Experience Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Experience with Microsoft suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc) Superior and proven organization and project management skill Customer service orientation, and strong interpersonal skills Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
