Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Senior Project Controller to join our clientContract Period: 12 Months with potential to extend or convertLocation: Toronto, ONLocation Type: Hybrid; 4 days a week in office - Flexible daysBusiness Hours: Monday – Friday; 9:00 am to 5:00 pmJob Responsibilities:General project administration tasksFinancials management & trackingProvide support for the investigation, analysis and documentation of portfolio risksPresentation development and liaison with program/project managers for required inputsCreating presentations and Forum decksTaking meeting minutesSubmitting and tracking portfolio change and exemption request and associated approvalsDevelop, and participate in implementation of improvement opportunities, contributing to the Experience & Qualification Requirements:8-10 Years of Previous Project Coordinator/Controller and Financial Institution ExperienceExcellent communication skills, written and verbalExperience with Microsoft suite [Excel, Power Point, Word, etc]Superior and proven organization and project management skillCustomer service orientation, and strong interpersonal skillsAnalytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
