Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Senior Project Controller to join our client

Contract Period: 12 Months with potential to extend or convert

Location: Toronto, ON

Location Type: Hybrid; 4 days a week in office - Flexible days

Business Hours: Monday – Friday; 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Job Responsibilities:

- General project administration tasks
- Financials management & tracking
- Provide support for the investigation, analysis and documentation of portfolio risks
- Presentation development and liaison with program/project managers for required inputs
- Creating presentations and Forum decks
- Taking meeting minutes
- Submitting and tracking portfolio change and exemption request and associated approvals
- Develop, and participate in implementation of improvement opportunities, contributing to the

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

- 8-10 Years of Previous Project Coordinator/Controller and Financial Institution Experience
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience with Microsoft suite [Excel, Power Point, Word, etc]
- Superior and proven organization and project management skill
- Customer service orientation, and strong interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
