Votre mission sera d'assister notre contrôleur et vice-président des finances à effectuer les tâches financières, les réservations et les rapports.
En tant qu'analyste financier, vous êtes responsable du reporting et de la comptabilité mensuels et êtes le gardien de nos processus commerciaux, de la gestion des accords commerciaux à la mise en œuvre dans nos systèmes.
Principales responsabilités:
Analyste financier:
* Analyse de fin de mois, écritures de journal et réalisation du reporting d'entreprise
* Effectuer les rapprochements bancaires et s'assurer du respect des directives de contrôle interne
* Processus de facturation complet pour un produit spécifique
* Préparation et analyse de rapports périodiques liés à l'évolution des affaires et des coûts d'exploitation et fournir un support au processus décisionnel.
* Suivre et analyser les écarts financiers entre les objectifs prévus et atteints, et si nécessaire, proposer un plan d'action.
* Participer à la préparation et à la conception des prévisions et du budget de nos entités américaines et canadiennes.
* Autres rapports ponctuels

Qualifications
* 2-3 ans d'expérience en tant qu'analyste financier et/ou contrôle de gestion
* Titre comptable comme un atout (CPA ou équivalent)
* Bilingue français et anglais
* Hautement compétent en Microsoft Office (Excel)
* Attitude positive, « désireux d'apprendre », joueur d'équipe et autonome.
* Communication interservices
* Gestion des priorités et compétences multitâches dans un environnement dynamique
* Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains) un atout
