Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Analyst II - Bilingual to join our team at Waste Management Canada. As a key member of our pricing team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex financial, statistical, and competitor price data to recommend price changes that improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pricing Infrastructure Management: Implement and maintain pricing infrastructures to ensure accurate and efficient pricing processes.
  • Pricing Strategy Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and modify pricing structures as needed to optimize revenue growth.
  • Price Increase Coordination: Recommend and implement monthly price increases, coordinating with Sales and Billing teams for seamless implementation.
  • Financial and Statistical Analysis: Collect and analyze complex financial, statistical, and strategic information to maintain pricing tools and ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Create and analyze reports for customer and route profitability, providing critical insights to inform business decisions.
  • Audit and Compliance: Audit billing and services to monitor customer changes and set ups, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or equivalent, with 3 years of relevant work experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • Certifications and Licenses: None required.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
