Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development/Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Industrial fabrication industry, along with a robust network of industry contacts. This role is integral to our growth strategy and requires a professional who can drive sales, build relationships, and expand our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Industrial fabrication and construction industry.
  3. Maintain and expand relationships with key industry contacts and clients.
  4. Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  6. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  7. Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer requirements are met.
  8. Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the Industrial fabrication industry with primary focus on pipe fabrication and module assembly.

Extensive network of industry contacts and proven track record of successful sales.

  1. Strong understanding of the pipe fabrication process and market dynamics.
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  5. Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related industry experience preferred.
