Job Descriptions:


This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager at Thanjai Snacks in Mont-Royal, QC. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our snacks to customers across Canada. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and reaching out to potential customers, presenting and demonstrating the benefits of our products, negotiating sales agreements, and providing excellent customer service.


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the unique offerings of our cloud kitchen.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed established sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of Previous experience in sales, preferably in the food industry or related field.
  • Efficient in communicating daily sales and target reports with management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using sales analytics tools is desirable.
  • Fluency in English and French is preferred.
  • Valid driving license
  • Availability to travel for customer visits and attend trade shows or events
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
