**Responsibilities**:
1. Monitor and analyze sales data, including historical trends, pricing, product performance, and promotion effectiveness.

2. Create regular sales reports and presentations to provide insights on sales performance, trends, and opportunities.

3. Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and recommend adjustments to optimize results.

4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

5. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.

6. Forecast sales performance and track progress against targets.

7. Identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions to ownership.

8. Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to stakeholders.

6. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

7. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
