Role Description We are hiring a Technical Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join a small, highly collaborative, local business. This is a full-time, onsite role in downtown Regina, SK , with flexibility for relationship-building activities such as meetups, career events, and in-person conversations where they add value. What You’ll Be Doing build and manage strong candidate pipelines through active sourcing, attending career fairs and local events, and maintaining relationships partner with hiring managers and consultants to understand their needs approach candidate evaluation thoughtfully, with an awareness of bias and fairness in hiring decisions deliver high-quality, defensible submissions (clear rationale, strong alignment, and well-prepared candidates) engage and coach candidates through the hiring process to set them up for success contribute to a team-based recruiting practice where wins and learning are shared In a typical week, you might be sourcing for several roles, polishing and coaching top candidates for others, and attending a local meetup or coffee chat to build future pipelines. Depending on your strengths, you may initially focus more on sourcing and opportunity development or on candidate experience and relationship management. Over time, you will be supported and expected to build capability across the full recruiting lifecycle. We intentionally build complementary teams so that no one works in isolation — but everyone understands the whole. What You’ll Be Doing Analyzing role requirements, sourcing candidates, and identifying strong matches Engaging candidates through thoughtful conversations and consistent follow-up Coaching candidates on how to present themselves effectively to hiring managers and procurement teams Preparing and polishing candidate submissions Supporting interviews, feedback loops, and follow-ups Maintaining long-term relationships with candidates and consultants Collaborating closely with your recruiting team and operations lead Participating in events, meetups, and networking opportunities Contributing ideas to improve how we recruit — with honesty, kindness, and professionalism, but without unnecessary bureaucracy In your first year, success looks like becoming proficient in our talent sourcing approaches, building trusted candidate relationships, contributing meaningfully to team placements, and becoming a reliable, engaged partner within the recruiting team.
