**Talent Acquisition Consultant**

Given our rapidly expanding business, our team is looking for a new Talent Acquisition Consultant to take charge of the Western Canada territory, where GCM Corpo already has business units in Calgary, Regina and Edmonton.

**Staffing needs analysis**
- Work with department managers to understand their recruitment needs.

**Recruitment strategies**
- Develop and implement forward-thinking strategies to attract talent, exploring various channels and partnerships.
- Responsible for customer relations.

**Recruitment process**
- Guide the entire recruitment process smoothly and professionally.

**Resource follow-up**
- Identify training requirements for resources.
- Liaise between resources and customers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (human resources, psychology, management, etc.)
- Recruitment experience, ideally in industry and/or engineering
- Bilingualism: French and English (an important asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
