This dynamic and energetic individual will be part of an already high performing team of professionals committed to helping our customers get the most from their investments in business processes and information technology. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and working in Regina or Winnipeg, the Specialist’s required skills will include: A minimum of 5+ years’ demonstrated experience in recruiting talented individuals with a professional services and information technology background Certifications in recruiting, staffing or human resources will be an asset Existing personal relationships and\or business or professional association memberships in Regina related to the professional services/information technology field that would support recruiting activities Formal educational Certificate, Diploma or Degree from an educational facility with a major in human resources, business, or information technology Experience participating in the full life cycle of recruitment Coordinate various recruiting activities (face-to-face or virtual) Create a pool of local talent of various skills such as Project Managers, Developers, Architects, Analysts, Testers and OCM’s Provides regular updates to stakeholders on the status of requisitions Participate in client update meetings and represents the service to stakeholders as required Monitor the current recruitment process while identifying opportunities for improvement Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and online job posting sites Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills Very strong organizational and time management skills The ability to work independently Attention to detail and pride in their work Access to a strong Wi-Fi connection to work remotely should the need arise The Specialist’s responsibilities will include: Build relationships with consulting community in Canada Maintaining close relationships with the business development teams to successfully support the opportunity sales cycle.
