The first time you log into a website using your wallet is a magical experience. Unlike traditional username / password-based accounts, using wallets as a single sign-on device (SSO) for the web provides multiple advantages. Because of the depth of information they securely hold, users can access member-only experiences, prove their identity in a privacy-preserving manner, and carry information across sites. Unleashing the promise of wallets is at the very core of our work at Dynamic.

As the Head of Marketing at Dynamic, you will lead our overarching marketing strategy, encompassing performance marketing, brand marketing, awareness generation, and product marketing. This role demands an innovative leader with a "get stuff done" mentality, who can creatively orchestrate various marketing disciplines to propel our brand and products forward in a highly dynamic (pun intended) market.

You will be a fantastic fit for this role if: 
  • At least 10 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role involving product and brand marketing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing, brand management, and product marketing.
  • Extensive experience in the tech industry, particularly with web3 infrastructure providers or similar web2 companies.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current marketing trends, particularly in digital technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
You will:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies covering performance marketing, brand marketing, awareness generation, and product marketing.
  • Direct all aspects of product marketing, including market research, competitor analysis, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Enhance our brand presence on various channels, notably Twitter, LinkedIn, and Farcaster, ensuring consistency in messaging and visuals.
  • Design and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, focusing on user acquisition and engagement.
  • Develop and manage awareness campaigns to boost brand visibility and recognition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive market launches and ongoing product promotion.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign results to refine marketing strategies and report on performance.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for optimal results.
