The Vantage One Platform is driving measurable outcomes for retailer partners like The Home Depot and their vendor and brand advertisers, and agencies. Vantage One combines a real-time retail analytics portal, a full-funnel retail media solution, and numerous retailer and brand workflow modules to support everything from media sales and planning right through to reporting, billing, and reconciliation.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead marketing efforts at Vantage. As the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand, driving customer acquisition, and elevating our presence in the market. You will have the opportunity to build a talented team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Vantage's business objectives and drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team to deliver on the strategy, including overseeing their day-to-day activities, setting goals, and providing guidance and mentorship.

• Oversee creation of key materials that support sales across four dimensions: partner-led initiatives, industry conferences and Vantage events, outbound and inbound opportunities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with product development, sales, and customer success efforts.

• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including email and content marketing, digital, and social media.

• Develop and maintain the Vantage website ([ ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for lead generation.

• Drive thought leadership in the industry by creating and promoting insightful content, webinars, and events that showcase Vantage's expertise.

• Analyze marketing performance metrics, track KPIs, and use data-driven insights to continually refine and optimize marketing strategies.

• Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and meet set goals.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and keep Vantage at the forefront of innovation.

• Represent Vantage at industry conferences, events, and in interactions with clients and partners.

Required Skills:

• Proven track record of at least 5 years in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within enterprise retail SaaS or martech.

• Strong understanding of the retail industry and of media solutions

• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective enterprise marketing strategies.

• Strong leadership in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Creative thinker with a passion for fun, innovation and being at the forefront of an industry.

• Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
