Overview We are currently requesting resumes for the following position: Senior Technical Consultant ‘ Lesson Learned Specialist’ Resume Due Date : Friday, September 12, 2025 (5:00PM EST) Job ID : 25-091 Number of Vacancies : 1 Level : MP4 Duration : 12 Months Hours of work : 35 Hours per week Location : 1855 Energy Drive, Courtice Work Mode : Hybrid – 1 day remote Job Overview Leverage expertise in project controls and lesson learned processes to capture and document lessons learned from project experiences ensuring that valuable insights are retained and shared across the organization. Provide guidance and support to project teams on project controls and lessons learned processes ensuring they are equipped to deliver complex projects successfully. Facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization, ensuring that lessons learned are shared and applied to future projects and that best practices are identified and implemented. Analyze project performance data and report on key metrics, including schedule, cost, risk and resource allocation to identify areas of improvement and inform future project planning. Develop and maintain Lessons Learned tools and templates to ensure that project teams have the necessary resources to deliver complex projects successfully. Facilitate Lessons Learned workshops and learning sessions. Support with comprising reports and presentations for Executive Board Reporting. Qualifications 4-year university degree PMP is an asset Strong understanding of project controls principles and Lessons Learned process Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of project controls principles, including scheduling, cost management, risk management and resource allocation Experience with Six Sigma/Kaizen/Lean Practices/Running Workshops Power BI, MS Office, experienced with building and analyzing dashboards Strong problem solving and analytical skills Valid security clearance Our client is dedicated to promoting employment equity and encourages applications from equity-seeking communities including but not limited to: Indigenous Peoples, racialized individuals, persons with disabilities, and women.
