We are currently requesting resumes for the following position: Project LeaderResume Due Date: Tuesday, March 18, 2025 (5:00PM EST)Job ID: 25-012Number of Vacancies: 1Level: MP4Duration: 18 MonthsHours of work:35 Per WeekLocation: DEC – 1855 Energy Drive, Courtice, OntarioWork Mode: Hybrid – 1 day remoteJob OverviewPrepare, analyze, and present financial and operational reports to the executives and to the board.Collaborate with various departments to gather and verify data.Support with writing reports and creating presentations for Executive Board Reporting.Leverage expertise in project controls and lesson learned processes to capture and document lessons learned from project experiences, ensuring that valuable insights are retained and shared across the organization.To provide guidance and support to project teams on project controls and lesson learned processes, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver complex projects successfully.To facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization, ensuring that lessons learned are shared and applied to future projects, and that best practices are identified and implemented.To analyze project performance data and report on key metrics, including schedule, cost, risk and resource allocation, to identify areas for improvement and inform future project planning.To develop and maintain Lessons Learned tools and templates to ensure that project teams have the necessary resources to deliver complex projects successfully.To facilitate Lesson Learned workshops and learning sessions.Support with comprising reports and presentations for Executive Board Reporting.QualificationsRequirements:Requires 4-year university degree in engineering or equivalent/relevant discipline.Strong technical writing skillsDemonstrated ability to build PowerPointsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail oriented, can work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesPMP is an asset.Experience:Experience with technical writing and preparing presentationsStrong understanding of project controls principles, including scheduling, cost management, risk management, and resource allocationPower Bl, MS Office, experienced with building/analyzing dashboardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze and report on project performance dataStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentOur client is dedicated to promoting employment equity and encourages applications from equity-seeking communities including but not limited to: Indigenous Peoples, racialized individuals, persons with disabilities, and women.
