We are currently requesting resumes for the following position: Junior Technical Staff Resume Due Date: Monday, July 28, (5:00PM EST) Job ID: 25- Number of Vacancies: 1 Level: MP2 Duration: 12 Months Hours of work: 35 Hours per week Location: Temp: DEC, Energy Drive, Coutice Base: CHQ Work Mode: % onsite Job Overview Supporting Performance Improvement functional areas including reviewing Corrective Action Plan (CAPs), assisting in the development of CAPs including Vendor Corrective Action Process. Reviewing all Station Condition Records (SCRs). Coordinating, performing, or leading self-assessments (SAs) and validation of trends (VOTs). and Benchmarking. Support with data management, develop metrics, PowerBI reports. Tracking and trending data to proactively identify gaps, Lead investigations for any adverse conditions under the Enterprise Projects organization. Working with SCR, Corrective Action Process including Vendor Corrective Action Process., Benchmarking and Self Assessments. Working with OPEX and lesson learned. Working with Project Managers on Vendor Corrective Action Process and Oversight Supporting Darlington & Pickering Refurbishment Projects, Enterprise Project Management Organization Qualifications Demonstrated experience in building effective working relationships with key stakeholders. Experience with Engineering principles and techniques. Proficient in developing executive level presentation materials, executive summaries, project documentation and reports. Proficient in collecting and analyzing data using MS Office tools. Demonstrated technical skills and the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Effective written and oral communication skills. Additional skills will include familiarity with MS VISO, MS Office, Power Bl Reporting Project Management Experience is an asset.
