We are a leading insurance brokerage firm in Brampton seeking an ambitious and driven Commercial Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for acquiring new commercial business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth. This role offers a competitive base salary and an exciting opportunity to earn a 70% commission on new business, providing excellent earning potential based on your performance. Key Responsibilities New Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new commercial clients, including businesses of all sizes. Your focus will be on sourcing new leads, networking, and building relationships to generate high‑value opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the products and services provided. Insurance Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their unique business insurance needs and offer tailored coverage solutions that align with their goals and industry requirements. Proposal & Quote Management: Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals, quotes, and policy recommendations to clients, explaining the benefits and value of coverage options in a clear and concise manner. Collaboration: Work in tandem with the brokerage team, underwriters, and support staff to provide exceptional customer service and seamless policy administration. Market Intelligence: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and ensure that clients receive the most relevant and competitive insurance products. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial insurance sales or account management, with a strong track record of generating new business. In‑depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, including property, liability, auto, and workers’ compensation coverage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members. Highly self‑motivated and results‑oriented, with the ability to work independently and achieve sales goals. Valid insurance license in Ontario (or willingness to obtain).
