Driving Purpose of the Position The purpose of this position is to identify, develop, and foster B2B relationships and generate business opportunities that support the mission and growth of the organization. The focus is on expanding the customer base, increasing brand awareness, and strengthening relationships with customers in the bereavement sector. A strategic mindset with a love for data, trends, and creative problem-solving. A self-starter attitude; you are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to make things happen. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel regionally and by air. A background in business development, sales, or marketing (bonus points for experience in financial services or bereavement).
