Together, these solutions position Security Compass as a leader in proactive application security. We’re looking for an experienced Manager of Demand Generation to lead our demand generation function and drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline. You’ll report directly to the VP of Marketing and be accountable for the performance of demand generation programs across the funnel. This role partners closely with SDR leadership, Product Marketing, Design, Web, and other stakeholders to run integrated programs that support revenue goals. You’ll also manage a direct report, the Demand Generation Manager. We are open to candidates in the Greater Toronto Area. We are a remote‑first company with a head‑office in Toronto. We don’t mandate team members to come in on a particular schedule, however we encourage team members to come into the office to foster connection with their colleagues on a schedule that works for them personally. What You’ll Do Own the demand generation strategy and operating plan across the funnel, aligned to company and revenue goals. Plan, execute, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns including email, paid media, ABM, LinkedIn, landing pages, trials, and ongoing lead and account nurture programs. Lead account‑based marketing (ABM) efforts, including target account selection, coordinated campaigns, and close alignment with Sales and SDR teams. Manage and mentor the Demand Generation Manager, setting clear priorities and ensuring strong execution. Partner closely with SDR leadership, Product Marketing, Design, Web, Sales, and Ops to ensure alignment on targeting, messaging, scoring, and handoff. Define success metrics for campaigns and programs, and regularly assess performance, quality, and impact on pipeline. Ensure campaign setup, attribution, and scoring are accurate and defensible, working closely with IT and Ops partners. Continuously test, learn, and adjust programs based on performance data and feedback from Sales. What You’ll Need To Succeed 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with ownership of strategy, execution, and results. Proven experience designing and running ABM programs. Strong understanding of how ABM, inbound, outbound, and lifecycle programs work together across the full funnel. Hands‑on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, HubSpot, or similar. Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Demandbase, or other ABM platforms. Experience managing, coaching, and developing team members. Strong judgment, attention to detail, and comfort being accountable for results and data quality. Why Security Compass? Meaningful Work. Practical Assessment – A short 30‑minute exercise designed to give you a chance to demonstrate your approach to a relevant challenge. Culture‑Add Interview – This is a 30‑minute virtual meeting with either our Chief People & Culture Officer or CEO to learn how your values align with our CCOAR values of Customer Focus, Collaboration, Ownership, Authenticity and Respect.
