THE ROLE*
- *This role is remote within _**_Canada_**_*Milk Moovement is seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Manager who thrives in a solutions-based B2B selling environment. The Demand Generation Manager will be a key member of our team and is responsible for generating new leads, nurturing leads and creating qualified pipelines for the Business Development team.
Our sales team has achieved strong results over the last 14 months - growing sales by over 350%, building a mature pipeline, and rapidly gaining market share across North America. The sales team is ready to continue our rapid growth trajectory.
As a Demand Generation Manager at Milk Moovement, you will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer. Working cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, and business development teams, the specialist will develop compelling demand generation programs that include an understanding of the industry, targeted messaging, and outreach tactics to drive new engagements that ultimately result in the creation of new opportunities, pipeline, and revenue. Here are some other examples of things you will be responsible for:
- Drive demand across the entire brand using both digital and traditional methods.
- Use data to analyze the impact of lead generation.
- Plan yearly, quarterly, and monthly demand generation objectives.
- Work with Content Marketing and Sales with the goal of optimizing website conversions.
- Collaborate with sales management, field marketing, and sales executives to develop strategies, processes, and content that result in substantial pipeline growth.
- Developing and owning Milk Moovement’s multi-funnel and managing all funnel dynamics and metrics
- Managing Pipeline Dashboard and reporting on all relevant metrics, including conversions, volumes, velocity, and attribution
- Working very closely with the BDRs and Sales teams to ensure a smooth handshake with ‘no leads left behind
- Running a multi-tier ABM program with several plays aiming at both New Logo acquisitions and customer expansions
- Working with the Revenue Ops team to maintain robust data-driven analytics on all tactics and campaigns

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR*

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Demand Generation Manager with experience building demand generation programs from the ground up, building teams, prospecting new leads, following aggressive growth plans, and who is a self-driven, entrepreneurial individual that can help take us to the next level You will likely have had at least 7 years of experience in sales, working with high performing teams at a high-growth technology company, but working in the dairy industry is not required. Here’s what else we’re looking for:
- 7+ years of proven lead generation experience
- 2+ years of management experience (experience building a team, huge plus)
- Building programs from the ground up
- Experience using CRM Systems
- Creative thinker with innovative ideas to prospect leads
- Ability to assess and analyze prospective client needs/requirements and communicate to Business Development team
- An expert at prioritization, planning, and managing your time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience working closely with the sales team, preferably within a SaaS company
- Proven track record of successfully launching, managing, and tracking marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and booked revenue
- Knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, lead conversion, and nurturing programs
- Demonstrable experience of working in a metrics-oriented marketing environment, comfortable with reviewing data, metrics, and reporting on program outcomes.
- Direct experience working with marketing tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and others
