**About the role**:
Reporting to the Director, Demand Generation, the Demand Generation Manager will be a key member of the demand generation and marketing teams responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing demand generation campaigns across multiple channels to generate qualified leads, create new business sales opportunities, and grow sales pipeline.
**What you'll be responsible for**:
- Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and strategies to generate qualified leads, drive new business sales opportunities, and grow sales pipeline.
- Develop and produce webinar broadcasts.
- Identify and develop new channels, methods, and campaign tactics to expand lead generation, engagement, and conversion activities.
- Collaborate with team members in content, sales, events, and product marketing to deploy marketing campaign messages, content, and related assets through multichannel demand generation campaigns.
- Work closely with Sales and Sales Development teams to create processes and support high-quality and timely lead follow up.
**What you'll bring**:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, etc.)
- 4+ years of experience in a demand generation-focused marketing role
- Understanding of, and ability to strategically align with, programs and tactics managed by other members of the marketing team (content, ABM, digital marketing, website, events, social media, PR, sales development).
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing/sales concepts and tactics, including ideal customer profile, buyer personas, lead generation and nurturing, audience segmentation, lead and opportunity qualification, and sales processes.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and strong ability to collaborate and communicate with a wide variety of teammates and stakeholders.
- Ability to track and analyze results from marketing campaign activities to identify actionable insights for future improvement and optimization.
- Strategy-minded with strong project management and organization skills.
- Experience with marketing automation and planning tools, preferably HubSpot (Marketing Hub and CRM), 6sense, and Asana.
- Valid work authorization in Canada and/or the US is required
- Willingness to participate in some (~10% of the time or less) travel within Canada and the US
