C’est le genre d’emploi qui est compliqué à expliquer au party de Noël familial, à mi-chemin entre prodige des opérations et pilier du bureau : un poste qui requiert autant une aura de calme qui se reflète dans toute l’entreprise qu’une passion pour la diversité des tâches. Grâce à toi, tout le monde chez Transit peut se concentrer sur ses tâches respectives et prendre plaisir à être au bureau, sachant que toutes les petites (et grandes) choses essentielles qui doivent y être faites sont prises en charge par la merveilleuse personne que tu es


Tu relèveras d’Allison (notre Directrice des Ressources humaines et de la Culture) et travailleras en étroite collaboration avec Stéphanie (notre Directrice des Finances et des Opérations) pour faire en sorte que la « vie de bureau » soit au beau fixe. Tu t’assureras du paiement des frais des services de maintenance, du personnel d’entretien et des fournisseurs de services. Tu surmonteras tous les défis logistiques qui surviennent : remettre les livraisons aux bonnes personnes, aider l’équipe des partenariats pour que les cartes des Fêtes soient envoyées à temps et des tas d’autres projets du genre.


Tu es méthodique jusque dans les moindres détails? La logistique n’a aucun secret pour toi? Il n’y a donc aucune personne qui soit plus qualifiée pour ce poste que toi.
