Learn more at How You’ll Contribute You’ll be at the front line of our growth—being a part of the connections we build with senior decision‑makers and bringing the right people to the table for powerful, peer‑driven conversations. In this role, you will: Engage with key professionals, industry leaders, and senior executives from leading global organizations across a range of industries to support speaker recruitment efforts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing engagement and value. Conduct research and produce compelling conference agenda copy that reflects timely, relevant topics and drives attendee and client engagement. Analyze industry trends, challenges, business opportunities, market activity, and the competitive landscape, and provide strategic recommendations for speaker content to clients. Travel periodically to oversee event execution, supporting speakers and ensuring seamless on‑site performance. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including Marketing and Sales, to foster and sustain positive relationships with partners before, during, and after events. What Sets You Up for Success You don’t need decades of experience to make a big impact here—just the mindset, motivation, and willingness to learn fast. You’ll thrive in this role if you bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset. Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of Fortune 1000 organizations. Highly self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven. Demonstrated experience in a client‑facing role, with exceptional interpersonal and relationship‑building skills. Strong research capabilities considered an asset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding spelling and grammatical accuracy, with meticulous attention to detail.
