This role is integral to designing, implementing, and supporting customized Laserfiche solutions that meet our clients’ unique document management and workflow requirements. The basics Contractor Role | Part Time | Flexible workplace | Work from home About the role In this role you will: Partner with clients and our sales team to capture their document management and workflow requirements. Craft customized Laserfiche solutions that adhere to client goals, compliance standards, and budget considerations. Configure and integrate Laserfiche software according to client needs. Design and deploy automated workflows, transitioning on-premise systems to cloud environments as needed. Provide stellar technical support, ensuring system performance and conducting regular maintenance. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to achieve project success and drive software enhancements. Continuously update your knowledge with industry trends and Laserfiche advancements to offer state-of-the-art solutions About you We are looking for a individual who has: An excellent communicator, adept at understanding and delivering clear, concise information. Education and Experience Experience is key in the remote work environment Solid experience in with the Laserfiche Suite; designing and building Laserfiche Workflowsand business processes with a preference for candidates who have a background in local government Experience with Laserfiche Cloud is beneficial A degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is highly valued.
