We are looking for a Project Implementation & Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, translating business requirements into technically feasible solutions, and ensuring alignment with client objectives. Timely and budget-conscious delivery is crucial, as is the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Candidates must demonstrate the capability to hit the ground running in a dynamic environment, with opportunities for domestic and international travel within a rapidly expanding company. Responsibilities: Project Implementation & Consulting: Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients; Scope and translate business requirements into feasible solutions that meet client objectives; Create, maintain, and manage project-related documents; Provide project updates to stakeholders, demonstrating progress and controlling scope; Serve as the liaison between Government Frameworks and clients during implementation; Identify and manage project risks effectively; Collaborate with the account manager to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate a seamless transition post-implementation; Configure systems as defined in project scope; Conduct data migration activities, including cleansing, support, and verification; Maintain all project records in accordance with record management policies; Ensure timely project delivery; Identify scope creep and issue amendments as needed; Adapt continually to changing processes. Other: Uphold and comply with the company’s code of conduct, policies, and procedures; Contribute to creating a positive, safe, and productive company culture; Identify opportunities for upselling during project implementation and refer to the account manager; Maintain relationships with stakeholders; Participate in internal training as required; Engage actively in team meetings, planning sessions, and discussions. Training and Development: Conduct training and development sessions. About you: We are looking for an individual who has: Excellent communication skills, capable of understanding and delivering clear, concise information; Proactive and responsive, efficiently addressing concerns and fostering internal and customer alignment; Expertise in software implementation, balancing technical requirements with client objectives; A problem solver, anticipating challenges and proactively developing solutions; Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in work and meeting deadlines; Accountability and transparency, learning from experiences and pursuing growth; Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, managing tasks independently while leveraging resources; A commitment to continuous learning and applying new skills; Innovative and adaptable, always seeking creative ways to add value and excel. Education, Experience, and Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience implementing software solutions; Experience in local government is beneficial; Experience with process mapping, Cascade, and/or Laserfiche is advantageous; Own computer is required.
