What You'll Do Architect and Deliver Solutions Lead architecture design for Salesforce implementations, focusing on Sales, Service, Experience, and Revenue Cloud. Drive hands-on solutioning and configuration as needed, while leading a team of developers/admins. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient technical architectures. Ensure adherence to best practices, Salesforce limits, and long-term maintainability. Client Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and technical teams. Facilitate design workshops, discovery sessions, and solution walkthroughs. Communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and business audiences. Identify business challenges and propose Salesforce-driven solutions. Partner with Project Managers to ensure delivery is on time and on budget. Guide and mentor team members across time zones to elevate solution quality. Support pre-sales efforts by contributing to solution design, level of effort (LOE), and SOW scoping. What You Bring 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including hands-on delivery across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud . Hands-on experience in Data Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud preferred. Strong command of data modeling , security architecture , and integration strategy . Ability to own the end-to-end solution architecture from initial vision to post go-live. Experience leading small-to-mid-sized teams and managing client relationships. Strong presentation skills with the ability to defend architectural decisions. Certifications (Required) Salesforce Platform App Builder Experience Cloud Consultant Certifications (Preferred) Agentforce Specialist Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect Why this Role?
