We are looking for a proactive, experienced individual to lead our Oakville retail store. Position Overview Full‑time Cafe / Store Manager responsible for daily store operations, sales, and customer service excellence. Responsibilities Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling. Train, mentor, and support staff to deliver excellent customer service. Drive store performance to achieve sales targets and operational goals. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and team members. Support scheduling, labor management, and adherence to company policies. Qualifications 2–3 years of previous experience in retail or food/beverage management preferred. Experience managing inventory and balancing quality and cost effectively. Highly accountable and well‑organized, with the ability to oversee a team and prioritize multiple projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Motivated, organized, and hands‑on approach to managing a team. Pay and Schedule Expected hours: 40–44 hours per week. Pay: $23.40–$25.90 per hour (including average tips and potential bonuses). Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
